Small parcels are sent by ELTA Courier (door – door).

Shipping costs by Courier are € 5.50 up to 5 kg and € 1 for each additional kilo, however in special cases, it will also depend on the volume of the parcels.
For cash on delivery, the charge is 3 euros extra. Saturday performance is provided with an additional charge of 2.50 euros.

In case the customer, during the registration of his order, fills in the wrong shipping details, resulting in the incorrect calculation of the shipping costs, the additional shipping costs are borne by the customer.

It is possible to receive your order from our craft space, which is located in Plagiari, Thessaloniki (outside the settlement).

Special cases of shipments or orders

For areas that are classified as inaccessible (PO) by the Courier company, the final shipping costs are different. In this case, we will contact you to update your shipping costs. In some cases, the customer undertakes to pick up the order himself from the nearest Courier partner store.

In specific cases of large or heavy orders, the shipment is made with a transport company of the absolute choice of the company cone tessuti. The cost of sending a parcel with a transport company is from 5 to 9 euros per parcel. The final shipping costs are announced after a telephone consultation, after the acceptance of the transaction by the customer.

Indicative delivery time and availability

The order is shipped in 5 – 20 working days, after confirmation and advance payment of 40% of the value. If the customer wants to receive the order in a shorter period of time than specified, he must contact the company to find alternative ways of faster shipping.

If the products are not available, the cone tessuti company reserves the right not to accept the specific order and to reject the specific sale. In case your order is not accepted and the sale is rejected, then you will be informed and the full price of the canceled order will be refunded. Orders are processed daily, during working days and hours.

Products that you have ordered and are not available, but have the indication upon order, we will contact you to inform you about the estimated delivery time of the products. Usually, you will be notified within a reasonable period of three working days from the date of the order to the contact details that you filled in during your order.

Shipping

To avoid any additional shipping charges, the order is placed when all the products in it are available.

If for some reason you want to deliver only the available products of the order, please call us at 2310530907, stating the order number or place a separate order for the non-available products.

The final confirmation of availability is processed during the final processing of the order and the collection of your products.

Completion of the shipment upon receipt of the products

Upon receipt of the goods, an extensive inspection of the condition of the product and its packaging should be carried out, in order to observe any problems that may have arisen during transport.

In case you find a problem in the packaging, please do not pick up the goods, but contact us immediately. If you find a problem immediately upon receipt, you should report this immediately to the carrier. Immediately afterwards, please contact us, informing us of the relevant statement.

The cone tessuti company is not responsible for the transport of the products. All orders are shipped at the sole responsibility of the buyer. Any damage or loss caused by the transfer, the transport company is responsible for the delivery of the order to the buyer and not our company.
